Wrong turn 3

Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead follows a group of convicts and a corrections officer after their transport bus crashes in a West Virginia forest. They encounter a young woman who is fleeing cannibalistic hillbillies who have already murdered her friends. The survivors must then fight for their lives against the deformed cannibals in the wilderness.
