Wrong Turn 2: Dead End is a horror film where a group of strangers competes in a survival-themed reality TV show in the West Virginia woods. When they are attacked by a family of deformed, inbred cannibals, the competition turns into a fight for their lives. The contestants are hunted, and they must use their skills to try to outwit the cannibals and escape, or become their next meal.
